WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY FIRST CLASS?
Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and we will be there to support you from start to finish. We encourage you to take your first class at your own pace and want you to do what feels right for you. We request that you arrive 15 minutes early to show you the studio, get your shoes and set up on the bike. If you need shoes, they are free for your first class! This ensures a safe, seamless and stress-free experience.
HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
If you are a member of TILT Cycle, you can book a class through your TILT Cycle XPLOR app.
WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING WINDOW?
Classes will open up on our booking platform (XPLOR) a week prior to the class start time.
WHAT IS YOUR ARRIVAL TIME / CHECK IN?
Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the start of class and will close and be locked once class begins.
WHAT IS YOUR LATE ARRIVAL POLICY?
The door will close and be locked at the start of class time. We encourage you to arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to class time to ensure you have time to get shoes if needed and to set up on your bike.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY:
We currently do not have a cancellation policy but ask that members cancel at least 2 hours prior to the start of class time.
DO YOU OFFER SHOES FOR RENTAL?
Yes- we offer a free shoe rentals for all classes! Our bikes are compatible with SPD and Delta clips. If you have a Peloton, this will be the Delta clip on your shoes and you are more than welcome to use your own! If you are a frequent flyer, we always recommend you invest in your own shoes. Ask your instructor for a recommendation!
HOW DO I CHECK IN?
Please use the tablet outside the studio door to check into class when you arrive! You must reserve your spot in advance by registering through our XPLOR app.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO CLASS?
Yes! We encourage members to bring friends to class. However, all new guests must register in advance before coming to class! They can register through our website or by contacting Brian at [email protected].
WHAT IS YOUR MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cancel before the first of the month, you will not be charged for another month’s membership. To cancel, please email Brian at [email protected]. We do not offer refunds or reverse prorated memberships.
We do not do long-term contracts. You will be billed on the first of every month and can cancel at any time.
If you are traveling for a while, you can freeze your membership in 2-week increments in advance. Please let us know prior to the 1st of the month. We do not offer retroactive membership holds or refunds.
DO YOU HAVE LOCKER ROOMS AND BATHROOMS?
Yes. There are bathrooms right outside the studio and locker rooms with showers on the second floor of the building which you will have access to. Please bring your own towel and products if you are using the showers. We ask that all your belongings are removed from the locker rooms when you leave.
WHERE CAN I PUT MY THINGS?
There are storage cubbies in the studio to the right of the door when you walk in. You can place your belongings there, but be sure to make sure all electronics are turned off or on silent and put away.
IS THERE A WATER FOUNTAIN?
Yes- we have a water fountain to refill your water bottle. The fountain is located next to the first floor bathrooms.
WHAT IS YOUR AGE REQUIREMENT?
Participants must be at least 13 years old to take our adult classes.
WHERE CAN I PARK IF THERE IS NO ROOM IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING?
